The Central European Journal of Operations Research provides an international readership with high quality papers that cover the theory and practice of OR and the relationship of OR methods to modern quantitative economics and business administration. The focus is on topics such as: - finance and banking - measuring productivity and efficiency in the public sector - environmental and energy issues - computational tools for strategic decision support - production management and logistics - planning and scheduling The journal publishes theoretical papers as well as application-oriented contributions and practical case studies. Occasionally| special issues feature a particular area of OR or report on the results of scientific meetings.

投稿经验：自从投稿审稿状态从未变动，10个月了，还是去年7月的状态，邮件还总是被拒收，无奈~ 其他用户回复：

投稿两个月，拒稿但是鼓励重新投回。一个审稿人巨认真，给出了5页纸的问题和修改意见！改了两个月，投回后，大概过了一个月，编辑说修改的so negative! 直接拒稿，被拒！期刊水平还是可以的，模型要新意大一点，能吸引编辑！

-2013年3月10日投稿 -2013年5月23日返回审稿意见：一个大修，一个小修，主编意见：大修 -2013年6月24日修回。。。漫长等待+催稿 -2013年11月6日录用！（编辑说该期刊的录用率只有15%，不知道靠谱不）从投稿到最终录用，历时8个月。这是本人第一篇SCI文章，虽说档次不高，但还是很欣慰的，希望这是一个成功的开始。
