投稿经验：接近3个月的审稿，2个小修。一周修改，二审大概10天，接收，共计3个半月。速度还是比较快的。其他用户回复：

2014年最新影响因子：0.771 2013年4月投稿，到现在还是under Review，可以看见三个专家的意见，但是他总共送审了5-6个专家，其余的人已经超过审稿期刊了，但是还是没有返回意见。写信给编辑部人家根本不理你，气死我了，再也不投该期刊了！

去年11月份投稿的，文章是信息安全方面的，当时没有推荐审稿人，可能导致编辑没有找到合适的审稿人，后来看到审稿状态，2月份第一个审稿人开始审稿，3月份给出小修的意见，第二个审稿人5月份审稿，7月份给出小修的意见，可能编辑在等第三个审稿人的意见，但第三个审稿人一直没有消息，9月初编辑直接决定给了小修的decision，9月中旬修改完毕，11月初发邮件询问了一下编辑稿件情况，过两天编辑直接发来录用通知的邮件。个人总体感觉该杂志编辑还是挺负责任的，我的文章审稿周期长是个个案情况，可能是当时没有推荐审稿人导致的，建议在投稿时还是推荐下审稿人。

10月初投,regular,初审近20天，编辑给放了2个审稿人。结果1major，1minor，编辑revised and reevaluate。1个月后修回，再次审稿4个月，目前已顺利accepted

稿件要用word编辑，先由他们自己审一遍，然后找专家送外审。另外提交稿件的文件名不要太长，否则他们下载打开会有问题～～～投稿已经快4个月了，俩月前返回1小修+1大修，应该还在等第三个专家的意见，不知道会怎么样～～～～
