一审一年，返回意见小修，修回去不到1月录用！审稿周期在计算机类杂志算正常吧

投稿经验：我11年7月下旬投的，到现在编辑审稿快八个月了，还没结果，也没催过稿。不知道是不是该催了？其他用户回复：

我11年6月下旬投了一篇，到现在，8个月了，杳无音信，催了两次，无果。。。。 9个月后，审稿过程重启了，貌似之前的under review都是假状态，根本没有在审，我猜测。没过几天，状态终于变了，从under review变成decline submission，被拒了，而且没有任何审稿意见。发邮件给执行编辑，无回复。我直接发邮件给主编和助理编辑，问为什么9个月拒稿没审稿意见。过了几天，邮件回复说，你论文的主题与期刊主题不符，建议投其他期刊，然后对摘要和引言的一点英语语法不太恰当的地方，说了几下。这就把我给打发了。什么期刊吗，9个月了，才说我论文主题与期刊不符，这不见鬼吗？我参考文献里，引用了2篇这个期刊的论文，所以才投了这个期刊。自己真是瞎眼。
