Information and Computation welcomes original papers in all areas of theoretical computer science and computational applications of information theory. Survey articles of exceptional quality will also be considered. 一审11个月多不到12个月。三个审稿人，第一个审稿人评价很高，认为可以录用，但必须在写法上大改。第二个审稿人评价还行，也要求修改。第三个审稿人直接建议拒稿，但没有给出任何理由。所以主编采纳了前两个人的意见，要求修改，基本一审结束就可以确定会录用。二审的时候，编辑估计忘记送出去了。。。三、四个月后我们催，他说他也催一下，很快就出来结果了。录用到发表很快，大概一到两个月。总共近20个月。
