The JOURNAL OF COMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORKS is published six times per year| and is committed to publishing high-quality papers that advance the state-of-the-art and practical applications of communications and information networks. Theoretical research contributions presenting new techniques| concepts| or analyses| applied contributions reporting on experiences and experiments| and tutorial expositions of permanent reference value are welcome. The subjects covered by this journal include all topics in communication theory and techniques| communication systems| and information networks. COMMUNICATION THEORY AND SYSTEMS WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS AND SERVICES.

投稿经验：录用比较容易，出版周期很长，不建议急需文章的同行往这个杂志投稿。我在14年中旬投了一篇，表达不太好，主编要求修改重新投，大概14年12月再投，期间小修；15年9月录用，15年12月校对。不过，这个杂志也有优点，编辑非常负责，对稿件的修改特别认真到位，这对初写学术论文的人来说是一个很好的锻炼！ 其他用户回复：

来回折腾了一年，共修改了三次，其中第一次小修，审稿人两个，大概三个月；然后花了两个月修改；第二次以为会录的，哪知道又增加了一个审稿人，结果给了一个大修，大概两个月，然后花了一个月修改；第三次审稿大概3~4个月。总体来说审稿周期比较慢，而且还收钱，不是很实惠。

JCN is a bimonthly publication of Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS), technically cosponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics of Engineers Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc), a Sister Socisty of KICS. JCN has been indexed in SCI since 2005 and publishes 3 Regular and 3 Special Issues a year. Its average acceptance ratio over 13 years is 24%, and the number of submitted papers keeps increasing year by year.
