飞行器制导控制最高期刊，陆平上任之后改成了月刊，之前是双月刊。所以可能说是增加了所谓灌水吧，但事实上还是挺难发，有很多文章能看到闪光之处。陆平说的投稿录用比例3:1指的是，能给你机会送审之后的比例。其他绝大多数都因为不合scope或者创新不足被直接据稿。 投过两回，第一次投Regular Paper十五天后Immediate Reject认为没什么太大创新。第二次投稿Engineering Note一个月之后收到意见Minor Revision，共4个审稿人，30条意见。修改返回后当天即录用。 值得注意的是，JGCD这两年稿量多了后也有中国人来搞事。比如，北理工唐胜景团队一篇文章因为抄袭造假被AIAA官方撤回：https://arc.aiaa.org/doi/abs/10.2514/1.G003508.c1。

到目前一共投过两次： 第一次：五天直接主编拒稿，说是不能只有排列组合式的应用，必须在方法学上有所创新（据说是投稿论文在主编这关只有一半会送审）； 第二次：一审四个月，四个审稿人，一个直接接收，一个拒稿，两个大修，最后AE给了大修的机会。四个审稿人加上AE一共提了五十多个问题，而且问题提的非常专业，一看审稿人就是小专业同行，我光回复信就写了14000+words，修回后一个星期左右录用。 总体来说，JGCD对创新性要求较高，速度也较快。着急毕业的同志如果等不了IEEE Trans的话可以考虑冲一把JGCD。 另外还是想为JGCD鸣个不平啊，影响因子和中科院分区实在太低了，还不如好多学科的辣鸡杂志。。。。

审稿非常快，业界认可的好刊物，有好成果的可以试一下。 感觉对理论创新有要求，投了一篇，虽然有实验，但是人家说了，控制理论要有一定创新，而不能简单地把两种方法结合在一起。

Manuscripts must be in English, 10-point type, double-spaced, and single-column. Each full-length paper must have a summary-type abstract of 100 to 200 (maximum) words in one paragraph, without numerical references, acronyms, or abbreviations. The manuscript title is concise (maximum of 12 words), in upper- and lower-case letters, without the use of acronyms or abbreviations. The author’s full name appears below the title, with any co-author names all on the same line if they share the same affiliation. Check your paper for clarity of language and proper use of grammar; non-English speakers should have a native speaker review their work.
