A publication fee is charged for all articles that are accepted for publication in the Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems. Authors or their funder/employer pay a publication fee of EUR 220,- / US$250,- for an accepted article. To ensure fair and consistent treatment of authors, no exceptions will be made. After an article is accepted for publication authors will be contacted by the journals' editorial office regarding payment of the publication fee.

Awaiting Reviews (3 Outstanding) 从5月15号投稿到现在7月20号，两个月以来，稿件状态一直是“awaiting reviews”，看了大家的回复，都提到这个杂志很慢，后悔按照老师的要求投这个期刊了。 建议着急毕业的同学慎投。太慢了 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 更新下状态，目前8月30，仍是“awaiting reviews 3 outstanding”无语了 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 更新下状态，目前9月25，仍是“awaiting reviews 3 outstanding”再次无语了 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 更新下状态，目前12月6，仍是“awaiting reviews 3 outstanding”真TM无语了 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 今天发了催稿邮件，目前12月9，结果变成“awaiting reviews 5 outstanding”，什么情况 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 目前1月7，投稿将近8个月，一审结果至今没出,今天发了催稿邮件 -----------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------ 很快在1月8号收到审稿意见，花了一个多月修改，2017.2.24提交修改稿， 2月27号终于录用了。太高兴了，历时九个月终于有了结果。不过也是够慢的 注：Associate Editor为Prof. Ildar Batyrshin Current Papers：33 Papers Last 12 Months：50 (持续一年的论文个数为50)

投了一个月了： 刚投当天状态 awaiting AE allocation, 下午变成 awaiting reviewer allocation 过了十天 awaiting reviews (9 outstanding), 下午又变成 awaiting reviews (8 outstanding) 两天后 awaiting reviews (7 outstanding) 十二天后awaiting reviews (6 outstanding)， 在一个礼拜 awaiting reviews (5 outstanding) 难道有这么多人审稿吗？
