The Journal of Mass Spectrometry publishes papers on a broad range of topics of interest to scientists working in both fundamental and applied areas involving the study of gaseous ions. The aim of JMS is to serve the scientific community with information provided and arranged to help senior investigators to better stay abreast of new discoveries and studies in their own field| to make them aware of events and developments in associated fields| and to provide students and newcomers the basic tools with which to learn fundamental and applied aspects of mass spectrometry.

挺容易投的质谱期刊的杂质，影响因子不是很高，但是偏重质谱分析，我投的是一个质谱机理研究，觉得还挺好的。

JMS相对JASMS而言更友好点，还不错的质谱专业杂志。

JMS，质谱界最资深的杂质，创刊40余年，个人认为是目前第二好的质谱杂质（mass spec rev除外），第一应该是JASMS。投稿比较容易，至少我没有被拒过。但是身边别人有被拒经历。审稿周期一般不超过两个月，JMS letter 不超过一个月。被录用后彩页收费，而且不菲。
