The Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine publishes refereed papers providing significant progress in the application of biomaterials and tissue engineering constructs as medical or dental implants| prostheses and devices. 看过很多的评论，有人说慢有人说快，个人感觉速度还可以，初审3个月，提了一些问题，特别态度很友好，让人感觉很nice，比前面投的几个杂志好多了，修改以后大概半个月左右就接收了！

投了11天了，还是Editor Assignment Pending，有些慢，可能这几天赶上了圣诞元旦，再等等。稿子已审完，这个期刊Editor Assignment Pending有时表示已处于审稿状态。

首先说审稿速度，那叫一个漫长，投稿后快两个月还是editor assignment pending，写了催稿信才under review，这个过程有持续了4个月左右，直到给了major revision，一个月左右修回，不到一星期就接受了。因此从投稿到接收一共持续了近8个月，非常考验耐心，期间一共写了3次催稿信，还有撤稿转投的冲动。不过最终还是坚持下来了，所以建议等着毕业的亲们要慎重考虑这个杂志。然后说审稿人，一共两个，各给出5个问题，都还比较友好。最后说主编，非常友好，虽说审稿速度很慢，但每次写催稿信编辑都会非常及时地回复，而且会跟进审稿进度，这一点让人焦急的同时稍感欣慰。总体来说，这个杂志比较友好，命中率较高，但整个过程比较慢。以上仅是个人经验，希望后来者根据个人情况考虑是否投此杂志。

这个期刊还是比较友好。不过速度一般。投稿后2个月还是editor assignment pending, 直到under review 25天，小修3天后提交，第三天接收。内容是关于首次报道Bismuth的纳米毒性，创新性非常高。
