The Journal of Systems Science and Complexity is dedicated to publishing high quality papers on mathematical theories| methodologies| and applications of systems science and complexity science. It encourages fundamental research into complex systems and complexity and fosters cross-disciplinary approaches to elucidate the common mathematical methods that arise in natural| artificial| and social systems. 垃圾期刊，不是因为它拒接我，历时十一个月，经历一次大修一次小修，最后副主编和审稿人都给过了，主编给拒了，没有理由，就说文章达不到期刊标准，就是这么垃圾。另一篇8个月，还是一审，准备撤稿，再也不投了

投稿两篇，第一篇2个月，第二篇五个月，都是一个审稿人，全部据稿。据稿理由让人及其的不服气，审稿意见全是泛泛而谈，没有什么实质内容，比如说introduction写的不好，结论没有展望，贡献不突出，这些可以忍受。还有就是没有与现有方法进行对比，这个审稿真的瞎，两篇全有；与现有方法有什么不同？呃，不同点introduction，结论等等都有描述；最受不了的是，动态模型建模过程说跟现有模型非常类似，我晕死，这个真不用他说，被控对象一样的话，例如都控制电机或者控制其他的实物，建模不一样？？真受不了最后这一条。。。

国内的SCIE杂志，总体来说，还好！特别是在整个稿件的处理过程中碰到问题，可以给编辑部打电话咨询，都能耐心地给解答，这点不错！一般来说，初审两个月，审稿人两到3人。
