最近该刊编辑正在重组中，不考虑新的稿件，所以还是不要投了。该刊速度慢，一般需要12个月。投稿要求变态，需要8个位于不同地区的审稿人，而且同一地区不能超过2个，并且每次投稿推荐审稿人不能一样。

13月通知，中间under review变了7-8次，回来一个意见，说创新不突出，e文差。据了。把我的摘要抄了一边，呵呵，人品啊。ps，审稿信英文也有语法错误。
