欧洲杂志，对中国人比较友好。 然而中稿比较难，要求理论和实验的创新； 理论缺乏创新有可能被审稿人怼，实验验证不够也会被怼。 前前后后折腾了一年多， 2018年12月份投递，拒后鼓励重投； 2019年10月份重投，期间添加了大量实验对比和理论分析； 2019年12月回稿，大修； 2020年01月，接受。 影响因子稳定增长，三个审稿人，意见比较专业。

感觉还是很有效率的，第一次投稿11.06投稿成功，02.04返回修改意见。直接被拒。两个审稿人，都不是很看好。所以。。。。
