知名人工智能领域期刊，CCF推荐B类期刊，期刊论文质量高。但可能因为出版数量极少，关注度不高，影响因子也不高。

这个杂志出版慢不

NC是不是高高在上？燕乐存的CNN就发表在NC上，大牛们好多好论文也发表在NC上。周志华老师新书《机器学习》第一章里介绍杂志时，把NC放在TNNLS之前。看来NC还是厉害！主编学术地位特别高，可是杂志办的是不是太专？还是下载太难的原因？IF一路走低，中科院分区也是走低，从一区到三区了。 Valse 2016的Poster都不列这个杂志。审稿快！两个月就有结果。

人工智能领域的顶级期刊之一。影响因子不高，但业内比较认可。审稿速度比较快，主编不是很负责。
