期刊没有投稿网页，这一点真不好。投了一篇，在编辑放了一个月，退稿不送审，但却没给作者发邮件。快三个月了，发邮件问了才知道是这个结果。选正规一点儿的期刊吧。

和numerical heat transfer part b-fundamentals一样，没有在线投稿系统，直接给主编发Email投稿。2013年1月初投稿，7月末才返回审稿意见，8月初通知录用，速度非常的慢。编辑说一直没有找到审稿人，发邮件审稿人也各种不回，最后是打电话勉强联系到了两个审稿人，耽误了很长时间。所以大家在投这个杂志的时候，虽然编辑没有要求推荐审稿人，但最好自己推荐几个，这样能加快审稿速度。

审稿要求3周返回结果。 审稿提示：1 Is the numerical analysis and/or results sufficeintly novel to warrant publication in an international journal? 2 is the work clearly and succinctly presented? or do you recommend amplication of some points or ,on the other hand, deletion of unceccessary detail? 3 Is the work rigorously correct? 4 Are the cited references relevant and adequate?
