2014 IF 0.544 8月投稿，10月返回意见，第二年3月给最终结果。等见刊就要到第二年的12月了。慢。

每年8月1日为TRB（Transportation Research Board）会议的投稿期限，10月中旬初审结果揭晓，大约30%的文章会被直接推荐或者经过再审推荐到TRB的期刊TRR, 11月15号为修改后论文提交日期。一般来年1月为TRB会议召开日期，3月15日为终审结果揭晓日期，最终大约25%的文章会被录用。
