两个审稿人，三次修改，最后接收。后面校样、网上出版很快。然后一个月后，WOS收录。

投稿至接收四个月多点，大修了两次。最后一次，编辑建议再好好润色英文写作，参考文献改好。审稿人还是很负责，提的问题很刻薄。

这个杂志前几天审了一片稿件才开始注意到，发现前几年的影响因子才0.3左右，2013年突然变成1.785，不能理解，且是一个SCIE期刊。
