International Journal of Sediment Research| the Official Journal of The International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation and The World Association for Sedimentation and Erosion Research| publishes scientific and technical papers on all aspects of erosion and sedimentation interpreted in its widest sense. The subject matter is to include not only the mechanics of sediment transport and fluvial processes| but also what is related to geography| geomorphology| soil erosion| watershed management| sedimentology| environmental and ecological impacts of sedimentation| social and economical effects of sedimentation and its assessment| etc. Special attention is paid to engineering problems related to sedimentation and erosion.

投稿经验：2022年1月投的稿件，7天后就under review中间前前后后换了几个审稿人，一年时间！！！！真的慢得出奇！！！然后2023年1月给我拒稿了，拒稿意见加起来不到10条。我怀疑审稿专家都没认真看，提出的意见让我哭笑不得。耽误一年的时间，我真的谢！一年发文量这么少，就赶紧审稿嘛，拖这么久耽误时间！大家慎重投该期刊，我是被伤到了！！！其他用户回复：

投稿经验：投稿后一个月返修，审稿人内容稀松平常，感觉这个期刊对于文章格式过于执拗了。二修，零星几点意见全是改图片格式，修完提交后到编辑手里后俩个月没有变化。。三修，又改了几张图，终于接受了。。总的来说还可以，就是编辑处理稿件的速度时快时慢，文章从投稿到接受历时6个月有一半的时间都是在编辑手里。。其他用户回复：
