The journal aims to provide an international platform for the dissemination of research and engineering applications related to water and hydraulic problems in the Asia-Pacific region. The journal provides a wide distribution at affordable subscription rate| as well as a rapid reviewing and publication time. The journal particularly encourages papers from young researchers. Papers that require extensive language editing| qualify for editorial assistance with American Journal Experts| a Language Editing Company that Elsevier recommends. Authors submitting to this journal are entitled to a 10% discount.

我3月份投稿，5月份回来审稿意见，3个审稿人，大修，给的修改期限是3个月，到现在我还没提交修改稿，有个人的意见很难回答到满意程度。

2011年4月投稿， 8月回来结果说一审两个审稿人，一个说接受，另外一个小修，状态为minor revision with no review 结果小修9月3日提交后一直没有消息，中间催稿两次没有任何回应，2012年1月17日联系Elsevier客服，当天变成外审，然后中间催稿两次，一直又到现在 2012年6月18日仍然没有回应，真想撤稿了！补充：终于在2012年10月底通知接受，可能是季刊，主编处理稿件速度奇慢无比。
