期刊简介

This Journal is devoted to the advancement of the science and technology of aerospace propulsion and power through the dissemination of original archival papers contributing to advancements in airbreathing| electric| and advanced propulsion; solid and liquid rockets; fuels and propellants; power generation and conversion for aerospace vehicles; and the application of aerospace science and technology to terrestrial energy devices and systems. It is intended to provide readers of the Journal| with primary interests in propulsion and power| access to papers spanning the range from research through development to applications. Papers in these disciplines and the sciences of combustion| fluid mechanics| and solid mechanics as directly related to propulsion and power are solicited.

不知道是编辑对本人有意见，还是对中国人有意见，七月份投的稿子，不停地要求修改，包括格式，引用，图片，内容，连续折腾了两个月，到了九月份，居然直接以“违反道德标准”的理由给拒绝了，活久见，说我另外一篇类似的主题没告知他。真晕，两个完全是不同的对象。真的不知道上哪诉苦去

这个期刊编辑非常不负责任，对国内的论文有歧视，处理稿件的速度又特别慢，这大概是这个期刊为什么慢慢没落的原因吧。论文一审6个月，两个审稿人意见都很正面，本以为没啥意外的了，回头又墨迹了7~8个月、重新送两个审稿人给拒了，后面两人的审稿意见不专业就算了还从头喷到尾。所以这个期刊给他拉黑了，论文后来投了一区的出版了。

终于录用了一篇，这次算比较快的。编辑很负责，审稿人也很专业，还认认真真地帮我修改了英语表达方面的缺陷，文章质量提高了不少。还有一篇在审，继续加油。 AIAA的期刊影响因子不高，但似乎都很严格，另外就是，感觉Note比Full-Length Paper要快很多。

感觉不难，对语言要求也不高，之前投了1篇自我感觉很水的论文，大修后直接录用。推荐审稿人时要注意，编辑貌似喜欢用你推荐的人，所以选择要慎重。现在刚投第二篇，希望能有好的结果。

这个杂志的难度很大，我是高超声速方面的，如果做计算，录用可能性很小，如果是实验，录用的概率就比较大了。审稿周期不好说，我的第一篇半年就录用了，其余2篇都半年了还没有审稿意见。
