个人感觉速度还可以，耽误的时间主要在审稿人是否接受审阅和编辑定论，如果缩短这两个环节，一审结果会更快给出。目前在revision。 本人这篇文章创新性自我感觉并不十分大，学生写之后，我也修改过，但屡投屡败，最后过年期间，自己操刀认认真真修改（现在看来还是有不少不该有的错误的，如审稿人说的拼写以及缩写和变量前后不一致等），并决定投JRSE.两个审稿人，审稿意见还是比较正面，但是主编要求major revision.贴出来第一个审稿人的意见供参考，第二个人仅说“Update for grammar corrections；Add units to figure axes”。个人感觉中的可能性很大，中了，再更新咯 Reviewer1: I believe that the article is worthy of publication with revisions. The literature review is adequate and the introduction provides insight as to why this research is needed. In addition to this, the authors made a good effort to highlight the article's contributions which are: 1)XXX2)XXX3)XXX. Even though the idea is valid, this manuscript needs to be thoroughly proofread. There are multiple grammatical errors and at least one spelling mistake in the manuscript. The paper needs to be written more succinctly. In the subject of acronym definition: The author needs to make sure that all acronyms are defined. Additionally, the acronym DGs is used for distributed generation sources while DG is used for Diesel generator. This can be confusing at times.
