已是stwj本年度第二篇文章了。从投稿到接受仅11天，一个审稿人。超快的速度！投稿：13 nov 2017 （当天就under review）小修：16 nov 2017 修回：20 nov 2017 （周末，自己耽误了几天）接收：24 nov 2017 编辑tarasankar debroy人很好，效率非常高，审稿人也很给力。感觉只要有创新点，还是很好中的。只要能过编辑那一关，感觉就命中50%了。
