SHILAP Revista de lepidopterología is an international journal which has been published by the Sociedad Hispano-Luso-Americana de Lepidopterología since 1973 and uses the persistent digital identifier by ORCID® (https://orcid.org) as a way to ensure proper authorship normalization. It includes empirical and theoretical research on all aspects of Lepidopterology (Systematics| Taxonomy| Phylogeny| Morphology| Bionomics| Ecology| Faunistics and Zoogeography| as well as bibliographical papers| those on the history of Lepidopterology| or book reviews on the topics mentioned) from all over the world with special emphasis on the study of Conservation Biology. Each volume consists of four issues a year (one volume per annum) in March| June| September and December.
