International Journal of Food Engineering is devoted to engineering disciplines related to processing foods. The areas of interest include heat| mass transfer and fluid flow in food processing; food microstructure development and characterization; application of artificial intelligence in food engineering research and in industry; food biotechnology; and mathematical modeling and software development for food processing purposes. Authors and editors come from top engineering programs around the world: the U.S.| Canada| the U.K.| and Western Europe| but also South America| Asia| Africa| and the Middle East.

5.31投稿 8.04一审 4个审稿人和编辑对格式的意见，不是很难回答，但是审稿人都比较内行 8.30返修回去 10.6接受，没有审稿意见，时间不快不慢 10天后催proof了速度不错据说现在变成双月刊了，速度有所提升现在这个期刊是苏大陈晓东老师主管的。陈老师那边人才济济很有抱负，估计这个杂志也会是他们展示实力的舞台

投稿到大修，然后小修直到现在接受每个阶段大概都是历时2个月，比较慢而且现在从接受到现在也2个月了还没有收到proof，不知其他人情况怎么样。
